- sage231 Added 2018-05-31★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service I have ever recieved anywhere, disgusting service fees from cibc and very poor staff at this location, closing my account tomorrow, would not recommend Cibc to anyone planning on keeping their money, when asked to reverse some of the $70 of service charges I was charged because of them not switching my account over and they made me wait 2 hours for an apointment just to switch the account and not reimburse me anything, searches on the internet reveal CIBC is easily the worst bank in Canada, do not start an account here or at any CIBC location.
