- Clifton Cox Added 2018-05-04★ ★ ★ ★ ★What to say about this gem??? Being from Calgary, I have to say the T and C looks like a palace in comparison. The smell was reminiscent of an old bingo hall. The toilet seat didn't stay up so using the facilities was fun. The heater barely worked and the room was often freezing. Good thing I like it cold. I burned a candle to chase away the stench of stale smoke. The sheets were clean-ish, the bed squeaky (hehe), the towels were clearly a hot commodity around this joint. We had one plus some wash cloths. We had no "do not disturb" signs so the morning was fun when staff came around and couldn't hear my shouts of "bugger off please". Despite all of this, the staff was slow but incredibly friendly. Wonderful folks. Honestly, one of the best weekends of my life. Not much gets me down and I'd stay here again if I had to.
